SW Large Module Tank
The standard template block sizes of water tanks are 1 m*1m. 1m*0.5m, 0.5m*0.5m;
Our SW large module composite water tank adopts BDF composite pressed panels. The panel inner side is food grade SUS304 stainless steel for water contact, while the outer side is hot-dip galvanized steel to enhance structural strength. Large-size moulded panels reduce installation time, and all connections are bolted without site welding.
Foundation construction of the SW composite water tank follows GB02S101 standards. The flatness tolerance of the foundation plane is within 5mm. The foundation layout matches the tank dimension. The center distance between two adjacent foundations is no more than 1000mm, and the width of each concrete foundation is at least 240mm.
We use 10# channel steel for the tank base as standard. For large capacity SW composite water tanks, heavier channel steel options can be selected. All internal tie bars adopt matched material to maintain consistent structural strength.
The inner SUS304 layer provides good corrosion resistance for drinking water. It can withstand continuous contact with water and humid environments without rusting for long term use. The outer galvanized steel layer improves mechanical strength and structural stability.
The tank inner surface is sanitary for water storage. Its smooth surface reduces impurity precipitation and makes cleaning simple, preventing secondary water contamination.
High mechanical strength allows the tank to handle vibration and impact during operation, guaranteeing stable and safe water storage. The large arc-rib panel design greatly improves rigidity and seismic performance.
